It's nice that you connected but what are you really looking for in terms of what you can anchor here? There are many, many beings out their and most are impressed with your determination and will to take on a challenge such as an earthly incarnation. Don't get too caught up on those assisting you from beyond the veil and see what else is possible for you here if here is where you want to make an impact. The names of the various species are not so important. It's more about the journey than worrying about the names. People tend to think they know something once they get a name for it such as a type of flower and then they move on to the next distraction without asking more questions or getting to know it at a deeper level. Don't get caught up in the identities. I'm happy that you made contact however.
Thanks. But I think it is proper to be concerned about the nature of who or what I am making contact with per astral projection (or "channeling"), as opposed to identification via "a name." I have ran into a lot of high-level criminals masquerading as "ordinary Joes" and "ordinary Janes," and just as it's unreal to declare all is safe in this reality, it is also unrealistic to declare all is safe on the astral plane.
I'd advise that you connect at least in the higher 5D realm rather than the astral which tends to be populated by a very wide range of polarities. Not to say that the lower ranges of 5D are completely safe or anything but your better off having set some boundaries in regards to the frequencies you are tuning in to. With that in mind, I always suggest that spiritually focused people set the intention of connecting with their True Self which for many like those who visit a site like this, will be of ET origin. You may encounter another aspect of yourself in that reality based on how you interact with it. For me, I would sometimes switch places rapidly with another body which didn't make sense at the time. It may be different for you as a I fractured during the fall and have two specific realities and bodies in operation which I am trying to merge but it's challenging.
I tend to avoid channeling other entities and try to stick with a strong connection with my higher self. It's dis empowering to do otherwise in my opinion.
I have ran into beings that I had a strong sense of familiarity with and they have identified me as well which can be confusing in this plane but that's just the nature of where I come from. That veil is becoming more and more thin.
