Okay so about a year or so i've been on topics like this without exploration, some timid investigations but never adventurous exploration as I desire. I want to astral project and experience that, but it was quite difficult to get even halfway out of my body. I've read it becomes effortless though upon a third eye awakening/ pineal activation. Is therer anyone here knowledgeable on this topic that can inform me on this topic? Show me methods on how to unleash the psychic within, show me how to stay in the light of God and stay beloved. How do I defend myself from the strange spirits that want my energy.... etc.. and so on.... everything that need be known on this topic, i'd like to know. Thank you all love and light

mostly however i reckon the law of attraction works. what ever you pay attention to grows. so pay attention to fact and presence of the third eye energy ...as you are ....and it is happenng
