    Hi,

    The best way I feel is too keep yourself always in happy mood and definitely do meditation ....

    Mantras are little complex matter as the vibrations should suite you to attain healing ... I suggest try one Mantra a day while sleeping and study your sleep ... the one which gives you peace, nice sleep and with good dreams try that Mantra .....

    Let Love, Light and Divinity Fill us ALL .......................
