      It's in the second edition of the book, "Traveling To Parallel Universes", beginning on page 116.  If you have the book with the man standing on the Earth with a ray of light arched through the sky, that's the first edition of the book.  The second edition of the book has a totally different cover.  The Mandela Effect is mentioned in the second edition of the book.  The second edition of the book discusses a lot of true stories about alternate histories also.  I have an image of the front cover of the second edition of the book on my website at: http://www.beyond3dbooks.com/about_the_book

    I know, Pet.. the more I think about this subject the more engaged in it I become. I am thinking about time travel. To most peoples understanding, time appears to be constantly moving forwards, and that seems to be the only way it is for most people, but now I can see how it can shift backwards, just like a car can go in reverse, it can flip backwards or forwards, and when the gear stick is in neutral, well that would be the present moment. Scientists at CERN might have this figured out, in that its possible to bend the fabric of space/time and create a "wormhole" or a short cut from one Universe to a paralllel Universe or a different timeline, different dimension. Personally, I think we are all "time machines" ourselves, if we can just tap into that part of our psyche or our conciousness, and find the button and press it, but like the G spot, its hard to find.. Lol.. but wouldnt it be mind bending to be able to flip from one timeline to another at will, to be able to go back or forwards in time?

    Physicists Simulate Sending Particles of Light Into the Past, Strengthening the Case that Time Travel Is Possible
    Single particles of light (photons) to simulate quantum particles travelling through time were just used by scientists from the University of Queensland, Australia. They showed that one photon can pass through a wormhole and then interact with its older self.
    
    The study of closed timelike curves (CTC’s) provides valuable insight into particles that can loop back on themselves, breaking free of linear time.

    “One aspect of general relativity that has long intrigued physicists is the relative ease with which one can find solutions to Einstein’s field equations that contain closed timelike curves (CTCs)—causal loops in space–time that return to the same point in space and time.”

    
    The Science

    Closed timelike curves are a necessary concept to understand this experiment.

    CTCs are used to simulate powerful gravitational fields, like the ones produced by a spinning black hole, that could theoretically (based on Einstein’s theory of general relativity), warp the fabric of existence so that space-time bends back on itself. This creates a CTC, almost like a pathway to travel back through time.

    The source of time travel speculation lies in the fact that our best physical theories seem to contain no prohibitions on traveling backward through time. The feat should be possible based on Einstein’s theory of general relativity, which describes gravity as the warping of spacetime by energy and matter. An extremely powerful gravitational field, such as that produced by a spinning black hole, could in principle profoundly warp the fabric of existence so that spacetime bends back on itself. This would create a “closed timelike curve,” or CTC, a loop that could be traversed to travel back in time. (source)

    
    Experimenting With CTC’s

    Single particles of light (photons) to simulate quantum particles travelling through time were just used by scientists from the University of Queensland, Australia. They showed that one photon can pass through a wormhole and then interact with its older self. Their findings were published in Nature Communications.

    Much of their simulation revolved around investigating the “grandfather paradox,” a hypothetical scenario in which someone uses a CTC to travel back through time to murder her own grandfather, thus preventing her own later birth.

    Instead of a human being traversing a CTC to kill her ancestor, imagine that a fundamental particle goes back in time to flip a switch on the particle-generating machine that created it. If the particle flips the switch, the machine emits a particle—the particle—back into the CTC; if the switch isn’t flipped, the machine emits nothing.

      On the flip side, this whole "Mandela Effect" could be a psyop, more in line with a scifi narrative and used to deceive millions of people by effectively manipulating what people think they remember, but who would go to such lenghts to conjure up such a cunningly devised fable? Heres some trivia. I wanted to find out where the term Mandela Effect originated. According to some sources, a woman by the name of "Fiona Fitzgerald Broome" who is apparently a "Necromancer Witch" coined the term "Mandela Effect" during an event with the suggestive name "Dragon Con". Apparently Fiona spends her time hanging around graveyards, casting spells and communicating with the dead.

  Actually, it was a star on several 70s TV series, including the "Survivors" and the "Good Life"... ;-)

  There was a scene in which a gunman shoots the tires out with a shotgun...Though we were told not to worry, as they were SFX dummy tires... hehe..!!!!!

  Pet, no disrespect to you as a member, BUT really.....It was ALWAYS a 6-seater car, and immediately in front of JFK and Jackie, were Texas Governor Connally and his wife....Connally on the right seat, immediately in front of JFK....So he was hit by a bullet, also..

  Even in the Oliver Stone movie, the "magic bullet" theory shows this fact....and includes actually footage taken by the motion camera enthusiast...

  Clearly, the driver is in the front, with the secret services around......IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY.....I have never thought there were less seats, so I really don't get you guys...Luke and Pet.... Sorry Pet, no need for X-files on this case..

    I clearly remember 4 seat car, there is no shadow of a doubt in my mind. Also clearly remember elders (lived through WWII) told me when I was a kid that Hitler had brown eyes and brown hair which was so contradicting since he was very fascinated by the blond, blue eyed race and wanted them to be the master race while he himself wasn't one of them! This is how I learned in school, too. I have two different memories/sources of this fact and the list goes on. I know what I am talking about along with many more people!
