When I do some higher self meditation, I often try to communicate with my higher self, but I'm not really sure if I'm just talking with myself or if it really is my higher self I'm in contact with.
It's like he can only answer yes/ no questions and so on. Not really very informative. Therefore I am suspecious if it's just myself I'm talking to?
Does anyone know if it IS myself I'm talking to or really my higher self?

I FEEL my connection..... and my "connection" FEELS me....... ONE.
For me, the "words" within my head are a matter of discernment, but "what" motivates those "words" are and IS the "connection".....
There are no words......

For me I think its mostly intuition. Its not like a clear voice. Nevertheless I more and more often get the message first time around now, that I am listening more and more..
But I so know the feeling.... "Am I just talking to myself, and believe me, in a way U are.... talking to yourself"
It might be yes and no answers now, but. hmm how to "explain" this... think deeper, train it more, be more open to suggestions and slowly U will notice the difference and start trusting exactly what it is.... U talking with U ;-)
