We do not need a reduction in world population, which has been rumored to be a goal of certain grey alien "advisers." If the presence of such "advisers" is true, then these "advisers" need to leave Earth and go back to Zeta Reticuli and play with the genetics that they have grabbed from Earth's species (and try to solve their own problems, not ours).
I have an associates degree in biotechnology, and have come to believe that there are very rare cases where splicing DNA to create certain medicines may be useful in some rare instances (i.e. manufacture of pure human insulin via a human DNA section spliced on E.coli and manufacturing pure human insulin for people with inherited diabetes). But such technology needs to stay the hell out of the food supply and definitely out of the hands of the military industrial complex, as problems are now unfolding in the form of sudden new diseases related to killing off of healthy bacteria in the gut (i.e. Chrohn's is such a possibility) as well as from the killing off of other species of animals that refuse to eat GMO food.
These geneticist grey alien "advisers" are the same entities that experimented with genetics to the point that their race is now rumored to be dying out, and are here to figure out a way to save it via more genetic manipulation. If what you are saying is true, then we need to pray that these control freaks (a.k.a. alien races) return to Zeta Reticuli or Draconis Major or wherever and leave us alone to solve our own issues.
