Times, dates have no real relevance in my life other than to remind me that I chose to do a college course for a year so have to comply with it's schedule (for now!).

LOVE my bed & I sleep as & when it happens, same with food....& has been this way for years........

I had a wonderful 'power nap' in my car the other day (in between classes). Felt as though it had been nearly an hour & was surprised that only 10mins had passed! Was also aware of spiritually working during it.

I sleep more now than I ever have. 10~12 hours at a time.
