I have seen what’s goes on behind in the kitchens in some restaurants and it’s not very tasteful. Some staff also talk rubbish while cooking in the restaurants kitchen which goes in the food. Overall there are very few good restaurants as most don’t know that what you say in the kitchen goes in the food ..found some also using abusive language in the kitchen ..all goes in the food.
Some Indian restaurants are known to get last night or last to last nights food from the freezer and put fresh coriander on top to make it look fresh and serve it to you.
If you go to a restaurant and can’t see them cooking then the chances are you are getting contaminated food to a certain degree.
Staff use mobile phones while cooking and serving and mobile phones are more dirty then money as a lot use mobile phones in the toilets.
Staff in most restaurants handle money while serving and money stinks and without washing hands they serve your food.

You can purchase nice food flasks that will keep you food hot for quiet a while.
I cook my own and I using mainly organic ingredients. I experiment with different ingredients to make very tasty food. I everyday use herbs and spices and my main ingredients are organic ginger and organic turmeric.

Forget the caffe culture as it’s best to make your own drinks. Having been a customer of Starbucks, Costa and a few other coffee joints and most service is out of order. Most Staff put their dirty fingers inside the cups and inner area of cup lids.
You can purchase very good thermos flasks to keep your drink up to 12hrs or more hot.
Making your own drinks is more hygienic, cost less and you can have your drink where you want ... While on the go or in parks or gardens if the weather is good.
I make my drink using organic spices and use spice drops in concentrated form like saffron, tulsi and rose drops making it a very tasty drink.
I stopped going to restaurants and cafes a long time ago and I am very glad now. Cafes main motive is to make money so they don’t care much about your health and well being.
