  Hello my brother of exicstance my name is Alex and i understand what your going through, i have untill the recent past months had a very similar outlook and feelings about things

   

   

  first befor i go on i want you to know that i am very poor at communicating my true message through internet text because i communicat on a much deeper level...deeper than talking, and tonight i will meditate for you.

   

  It seems that you are experiencing alot of "duality" i see your consciousness has been expanded like the infinite universe but your life on the 3d planes has still remaind a limited systematic point....brother i have nobody but a best friend of mine who also follows the path of ultimate truth at the highschool i attened. you will not find many awakend people at this time period, i can clearly see you have chosen to manifest on earth to do the same task as i which is to awaken our brothers and sisters...so never stop taching, and learning

   

   

  i urge u to go out into nature, and dont fight the need to speak infront of larg groups of people...

   

  u mentioned that u would be speaking infront of a croud and the words would come out automatically...well GOOD! thats you connecting to your over soul, your true self speaks through the ego that has been created on earth, your name is Tyler good :) wonderfull name! but it is not you nor was or ever will be, tyler is a character, know this and become one with all of infinity, nothing but infinite can define you.....

   

   

  and another important thing...please i urge u to not polerize yourself in light......as our good friend ben-arion said "light brings negativity to the surface" why limet yourself to 2 directions of exictance? left and right? when there are INFINITE directions! this means living in the middle of them all....leaving all possiblilitys and wisdom open to you, leaving you GOD in total control of your existance.....this is what all this consciouss evolution is about ;-) skip a few steps brother!

  Tyler, holy moly! 

  As you all may have noticed I have been pinballing around emotionally and energetically the few days too.

  I agree with the comment that said do some thing creative, continue to meditate, sit with a tree look up lay back on the ground watch clouds roll by. 

  Thanks for posting this about what has been going on with you. It must be extremely hard knowing how to cope with the potent energies for you as a young man.

  Hey there Tyler!

  I know the feeling, a tale spin..... waking up freaked out and uneasy, cause of some energy that I have been dealing with have at times been super scary, or having a nightmare that I am scared might come true.......the shift and changing rapidly can be unsettling at times, old beliefs, traumas, and ego are all changed, healed and transformed, some things rise to the surface and are let go more easily than others.....

   

  I am changing my diet completely to deal with this shift and have gone all vegan. I am hoping that the change in diet will relieve some depression and my adhd, which I know that changing my diet and removing food tiggers can change my mood, and help with ascention.......do take care of yourself and get outside, and ground, call on the angels, you are not alone, thank you for posting this discussion....

  I sense this goes back to your child hood. People must understand, every word you use creates energy. And we are not bodies we are spirit. Tyler, try doing somthing you never have done before, be creative and infinite.. this is a video game, a video game of the heart that must be cherished if you wish it to cherish you. Sit with your back to a tree, and you will see how free life is really.

  Hey Tyler, I hope you're having a better day today.A few things stood out to me in your post and since your post was titled 'Give me A Hand'I hope you don't mind me responding to them with suggestions. The first thing that came to mind is grounding grounding grounding. While meditating, please don't forget to ask for protection from any lower energies attracted to your Light-you have so much Light!-, and breathe, breathe consciously, that will help to ground you.  If you are around any woods, go sit beneath a tree and ask for grounding energy, if you are not near any woods or park, find a flower essence practitioner and have them create a grounding essence customized to you or go to a holistic store and ask their advice on which essence would be good for someone if they are feeling x, y, or z.  Or research online and use that as a guide.  Sleeping. Wow. my sleeping habits are all over the place too but the fact that you wake up feeling uneasy may mean that you are doing TOO much work in your sleep state and may explain your hyperspeed progress. Before you drift off to sleep ask your guides to slow things down for you or ask them to make sure you stay in your body every once in a while to replenish your physical self. All the other stuff, let it go, let go of anger, that's your ego talking.  It sounds like you're between two worlds and  the ego is not letting you go peacefully.  It also sounds like you would be able to manifest very quickly now so watch your thoughts, stay peaceful(even if it means meditating all the time(grounding and protection first)), understand this is just a step for you not a lifelong sentence. These suggestions just happen to work for me,try them if you want but hopefully this wave of energy that came through to us Oct 28 will smooth out a bit and make things more settled.  Know this Tyler; after this has settled for you, you will have even more experience to help those who are just now starting to wake up.  God Bless. Oh yeah, one more thing; animal shelters -and the animals!-would love a sensitive soul like you to help out!
