  IF it was an ET UFO (I have to be clear cuz ufo means unidentified flying object, and that can mean anything like airplane poop, weather balloon, etc.... it's just not yet identified, not necessarily of ET origin)... that shows a few things...

  1) it's not invisible

  2) it's not immune to our "3d rules" (gravity, etc) and capable of error (such as that being shown in the video, falling and burning)

  3) it's comrades aren't very compassionate if there's no rescue team

  ----

  So if it's not invisible and is forced to comply to Earth's "3d rules"... that means our governments can blow them up if they (the ETs) wish to do us harm.

  But in all seriousness, I doubt it's an ET UFO.

  Plus, I don't understand the language in that video. But if that plane (if it's even a plane, my first thought was meteor) is supposed to be some super secret airship from another government... it might not be labeled with what government it supports.. like lets say one country, is spying on another with a secret plane and it malfunctioned... or maybe even another government saw it and blew it up. I don't mean to spread or start conspiracy rumors but it's an interesting thought.

  Go on to YouTube and type in search: Gaint UFO descends very slowly over Lake Titicaca and you will see a lot of videos on this issue.. But please decide for yourself as nothing you can say is 100% till you are there yourself and you actually see the SpaceCraft and meet the Extraterristrials...Sat Nam

    Yes…correct Krishna Kalki…. there are loads of vids posted by many people, but they are of the same angle, playing the same music and song, (Richard Marx waiting for you) even the one that’s with a news headline…

     There is something being filmed, looks more like a small meteorite breaking up in the atmosphere, hence the trail, the spinning and irregular pattern, likely due to the wind and air temp, there would be no crash site, as any parts of it would have been too small and will probably be in the lake somewhere.

    As for this been a base for Venusians and maybe other Extra-terrestrial known to fly in and out of Lake Titicaca.

    This is where a large amount of discernment is needed, but I will not comment any further on this topic, as the original post was about a video of something in the sky.

      Could be high altitude winds? but from my point of view it really looks like contrails. but anything is possible. I could be wrong. :)

      There was space shuttle footage last year of  trail that looked very similar, in space.

        This is used for the smoke and mirrors effect. They are great to project holograms onto...
