i was sitting and breathing.....

I started to think about the countless numbers of us, sitting breathing, raising our vibrations

the countless numbers of us drawn to spirit, awakening, transforming

The countless generations of us from ALL AROUND THE GLOBE!!

countless generations not constrained to 3d reality

it is a beautiful thought.....

    i was being a cranky fool.

    and i realised i was at one with all the other cranky fools

    as i cast these foolish cranky thoughts away it occured to me

    each time i change one cranky fool dynamic the whole universe loses at least two fools

    im wont be reachingfo foolishness but i'll be p[leased to let it be there as it leaves
