Then put paperclips in it - it is surprising, how many fit in while the surface of water is arching more and more.

That goes up to a certain point, where a critical mass has been reached.

Then only one more paperclip - and the water runs out.

In similar mode it needs a critical mass to make changes in societies. Then it needs only one little breath of a human, and the system is rapidly changing without any return.
