well it may be off subject, but i have a question regarding the bio-photonic body, i used to think that meat has no bio-photon, because it's not alive anymore (unlike fruits and vegetables which are alive) , but according to the following link, it says that meat is filled with light, is it true? it has become somehow a paradox for me, it's full of light, and yet we're not supposed to eat it. (i had already asked this question from some high-profile people, but to my wonder none even considered my question)

This is interesting. I cut meat out of my diet. Then the other day a friend said she used to have asthma, like I did growing up, and she found her symptoms came from food allergies. I had cut out meat, but she said she eats meat. We had both cut out things like wheat, and she cut out dairy. I did at one time and started eating cheese again. ( I love cheese), but is it worth it to have asthma symptoms again? What to do?
Oh. I did cut out sugar as much as possible and replace it with agave.
Any ides?
Fresh fruits/veggies have Life Force. Not sure how much Life Force is still in a frozen fruit/veggie. Personally, I choose fresh (unless I'm making a frozen smoothie ;)
freezing your produce is one of those forbiden things to do with your fresh produce, among with cooking , boiling and frying..................
they'll say anything to make people stop eating fresh veggies and fruit......................and dumb people will believe this crap...............
I'm sorry, but this is actually in error, as fresh food is always more nutritious than frozen....MOREOVER, the levels of VRIL in fresh food are much higher, albeit totally unacknowledged by current science, yet very real....
"Vril" is the Tibetan word for prana, or aetheric living energy...."Orgone," another name for it....
This is transmitted to living beings in several ways and one method, as when consumed, transmitted via the tongue (like an electric current) and direct into the nervous system, where it VIVIFIES the recipient with added vigour and strength.....Fruits, nuts, seeds, etc, contain this vital force and the fresher the better...Even though this is not a vitamin, it is a vital energy for living beings....
I speak of planetary vril, and there is also a solar vril, even stronger......
The problem is how good really is fresh fruit and veggies ... If they are organic they would be more healthier and tastier.. If they are grown with good vibes ...care and attention they would naturally be healthier and taste better.
In the case of SuperMarkets it would depend on how long they have been on the shelves for sale and how much mileage they have done to get there.
The problem with "fresh" in the grocery store is how fresh is that? How long does it take the "fresh" produce to reach the "fresh" section of the grocery store? I have had produce go bad in really short order. I prefer the frozen food section, because it is all frozen when it is really fresh.
There is some element of deception or omission of the science of preservation since vitamins and minerals are neither created or destroyed by the freezing process. Freezing food merely slows down and slightly prevents the breakdown of the molecular structure of cofactors (i.e. vitamins) and the molecular structures of the minerals from taking place. Fruits and vegetables have a breakdown of important vitamins and minerals that start once picked and removed in the wild.
Eating fresh fruits and veggies in their raw form is the best way to obtain needed vitamins and minerals; cooking such foods (from their frozen state) break down and change the shapes of important protein structures that the "preserved" vitamins and minerals work with for needed tissue repair and growth within our bodies. Hence, the proteins used in this biochemical process are changed from the original form, unless you eat the frozen fruits and vegetables in their frozen state. And cooking it or freezing it changes the taste from bad to good, at least in my personal opinion.
Carbohydrates are usually unchanged (or broken down from complex to simple sugar forms) during the cooking state. This is why cooked fruits tend to taste sweeter; the complex sugars are already broken down from cooking and not via human enzymes (i.e. saliva) that do this job. This is why french fries start to taste sweet after a while when you eat a bunch. Just remember that carbohydrates in large doses can have a negative effect on the utilization of the vitamins and minerals obtained needed to work with proteins obtained.
This may be why some posters to Ashtar are saying that sugar is a dangerous drug; in large doses it defeats the body's ability to use vitamins and minerals for needed body functions, such as growth, repair and maintenance.
