    Wow, what an interesting documentary.  It is a very good case for being a vegetarian, that is for sure.  I feel soo sorry for those fatted up chicken that can barely walk, and I have great concerns about eating all sorts of hormones and injected chemicals.  I have been transitioning into veganism over the year and am glad of it, to each his own but for me it is so sad for the animals.  My liver is comprimised and I am very leary of eating a lot of things now a day, because of all the stuff that is foods that we do not frankly know whether it is harmful or not.  If I could I would raise all my own fruits and vegetables and just eat that...It may come to that.
