When do we start?
A. A high energy aether energy output device, a centrifugal differential design(for atmospheric floating), maybe some beach front property for building from since the water can be used as buyont support and its easier to travel underwater that under dirt, a vector analysis and control computer. And basic flight navigation components. I have some basic designs that need to be tested but unfortunately money is scarce. If i can get a house off the ground and floating sustainable then basic mathmatics should allow for a much larger project.
