  Dear Ben Arion,

  Because I can not feel good or Better With out it....

  It Gives me Power & Strength and if I need Gives better Guidance by Intuition....

  It is the Food for my Soul and With out connecting and chatting with the Divine God in My Meditation I feel tired...and so it has become my Habit to Meditate Regularly four times A Day with out fail.....As I have to charge My Batteries....of my soul....

  At 1st it was because it just felt right, nothing specific, just supportive & something I could do for myself with no interference, Self to Self. Later I started having more noticeable more unusual experiences during meditation like glowing & expanding & physical bliss & genearally feeling good. Then experience outside meditation got more shimmering & empathy with all grew. Now I feel blessed with support from all sides, Transcendental Meditation® has been a great blessing.

  I find meditation as a great way to increase my sixth sense, like seeing auras; which I had limited success with for a short time several years ago. My latest goal is to awaken the 6th chakra, or third eye. I feel this is a key way to achieve consciousness in the higher planes and stay tuned with my higher self.

  I practice meditation because, like the drug addict that's hooked on his drug, I can't actually start the day (& function) without it. I feel a heaviness in my consciousness until I get my morning fix of meditation. And I meditate frequently throughout the day too..... I can't imagine my Life without meditation. I absolutely Love it.

  I meditate on Goddess -She brings Peace, Light, Divine Love-as the energies , Light, moves around me a kaleidoscope of colors, yellow, blue, green, indigo, and even lime, flow through my minds eye and then the visions pop in and out, some random some as symbols that you can put together later with a good dream dictionary like Lady Stearn Robinsons and tom Corbetts' book and get answers to questions or info I need to know at the moment. After 20-30 minutes I'm refreshed, aura cleaned, and ready for 3d again-for awhile anyway

  ...it is the approach that I use to step out out the dream state and closer to the One--my true essence. On my journey to find the true path for me, the real me, to the Oneness that is all, I find that meditation helps to strip away the physical distractions and bring me closer to a state where I can listen and simply be. It is a tuning session where I reflect on what it means to be a small part of this mystery called life. To get closer to the point where I wake up to what is from what reality appears to be and realize true consciousness. Where all is One.
