I found a huge place to put my restaurant at. And it also has 6 apartment-rooms for renting + smimming pool.
I have always been interested in Feng shui, and i will bring in a specialist to chek out the place.
I was wondering if anybody here has any knowledge or insights on this matter? Feedback would be most welcome.
My main concern with the place is
1- the main road it is on.
2-the way it is on a smal hill, this makes it standing out from al the other buildings around it.
3-when standing in front of it, i have a gas-station on the right, and a tire change shop on the left.
4-there are 6 bedroom-app that are ready to be rented with a swimming pool area.
5-the restaurant would be on the second floor where i will have my own living cuarters, wich include 4 bedrooms.
The building itself is a villa kind of building with a huge almost round going terras in the back of the building, there are 2 entrances from the road with a drive way going around the back of the house.
So whatever info you can get will be verry welcome.

..Opa meze looks fine....and minimalistic...(just like a "mezes", should be)...
I tend to get my ingredients fresh from the market.
I know i might piss of some people here but i use fresh lamb meat, i buy them whole and cut them myself in al the apropriate meat cuts i need in the kitchen.(yes they are drained out of blood,and evrything else inside ,same with the head and they have no fur left) I do have limits myself on what i can do to a animal.) I might of tried a vegetarian Greek restaurant but i think that might of been a bit to far fetched.
The only thing you might find frozen in my place are Ice cubes, and schrimps (because most of them come from Asia). And i tend to freeze the fish Roe so it keeps longer witch i use to make Taramasalatta.
I would not be called Chef if i used crap to make my meals...
I am not interested in having a huge restaurant to make profits only. Besides the renting of the App-rooms, i wanted to make a restaurant with a family atmosphere where people are not treated like credit cards and numbers. This is also why the 2 other restaurants are still working well.
And all countries have diff ways of looking at Greek food, and i am not even going to mention the diff ways Greeks themselves make their food from city to city or village to village.
Me i will have to work with local fisherman and others so i might have a bit of Puerto Rican feel to my greek food...lol.
...both words are Greek...(even though the "meze" word, might be originated from Turkey...im not sure, but it looks like so)...
...such names would usually picked up here in Greece by touristic restaurants...restaurants that have tourists for customers i mean...
...anyway..i hope it all goes well, and yes, original Greek kitchen is not bad at all...
(i mean before the meat infiltration came, and now it has overrun the original more healthy Greek kitchen)... :)

I thought i could live without it but ...nope.
And there are no Greeks here on this side of the island so i geuss i got to do this if i want to keep eating Greek food. lol
I did pay a visit to the only Greek on the island in San Juan...and we left verry dis-apointed from that place. It is the first time in my life i went to a Greek restaurant where the food and service was so below the normal standard, and normally being in the business for so long i do have understandings for bad days and so but this was...i have no words.
Meg i will look into your info, i am verry interested in seeing what can be achieved here with the numerology to.
i always try to make the best of everything, not because of vanity but because we are indeed verry special beings and we should live by it.
I have chekked restaurants that use Feng shui and they are so in balance it is amazing. It realy is a treat to eat and have a good time in those places.
I feel i need to do this because of my own sensitivity when working and dealing with food.
I am curious to see what this asian woman might have to say about the Feng shui of the place. And it is always good to have some info at hand so we can chek on the acurency of this person...i am not a idiotic person that will follow up on stupid ideas...i am shure al you here are already aware of this...lol

..if you are at North hemisphere, its good to be oriented at South...
1..its good if it is in central place, with easy access...
2. good also..it makes it visible...
3. you can name it "The Pit Stop"...
4. lots of space, with a swimming pool....super...
5. this is good too...its much easier to live in the same place u work...

The restaurant would be on the right side of the building (when standing in front of it)
The whole left side would be the rental rooms.
My wife loves the place...me i am more couscious.
The restaurant wil be open 4 days a week.TH-FR-SAT-SUN. Options open for private parties in the restaurant and poolside on other days.
Food Greek
Name of the restaurant will prob be Opa meze bar.
The name of the rental app we do not know yet.
And KAT...Taramar is one of my top favorites.
It is one of the biggest investments i will have made untill now, but i am going to be on this island untill i drop dead so i might as wel do something while i am here...lol
Needless to say this project is on the table and will be decided on by next week
The rooms will be al diff based on country. French room,Greek,Puerto Rican,Belgium,Swedish and Spanish.
i have a friend who was working in the factory that they used to make it, among other similar stuff...he was "up to his neck" so to say, in it...lol...
...personally i dont like it at all..and never eat it...its somekind of eeewwyyy to me...
..but tzatziki on the other hand...is the "Good Stuff".... ;)
