I have had many experiences seeing spirit or energy I was blessed to see my grandfaher as pure energy straight after he passed over he hovered over my bed for several minutes i was not sure what this energy was at first the phone rung and my nana was crying saying he had just passed i went to see him as they only lived 5 mins down the road and he was laying there lifeless that has been one of the best examples ive had with spirit but ive had many more so my belief was there before i used to joke with him about coming to visit me in ghost like form he would laugh and say when your dead your dead.
The veil is really quite thin............................ when we believe it we than see it
