A Las Vegas family reported an encounter with eight-to-10-foot-tall greenish creatures in their backyard after witnessing a UFO crash on April 30, 2023. The family captured the bizarre incident on video, which has since produced both widespread interest and doubt over the event. But crime scene reconstruction expert Scott Roder told "Extraterrestrial Reality" podcast host Jim Quirk that he thinks it is real. Roder is well-known for his expertise in high-profile criminal cases like the murder trial of South African Paralympian Oscar Pistorius, during which he was able to examine footage of the event frame by frame. He used his expertise for this incident.

In one specific sequence, Roder found what appeared to be a "head… with smoke around it," indicating the use of a "cloaking device." The object in question was seen moving into the top right corner of the video, apparently looking over a fence.

"I applied the same principles that I would apply to any kind of homicide investigation," said Roder. "At this particular time, with what we've seen here, is proof of a couple of things. That these entities… are real. They're there. This is not fake. This is not a fraud."

The footage also showed a head moving into the video frame the night a mysterious light lit up the Las Vegas skies.

This light, described as a streak of green, was reported by at least 21 people across eastern California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah, based on a report by the American Meteor Society. The light was also captured on the bodycams of Las Vegas police.

Witness saw skinny alien creature with greenish color

Angel Kenmore who captured the infamous video of the aliens, called 911 to report the incident, telling the dispatcher of witnessing a "tall, skinny alien creature with greenish color" hiding behind a forklift in his family's backyard.

Roder indicated that a second "visual anomaly," which he thinks is another creature, appears in the video, looking over a tall fence.

"You can't manifest something to move inside the screen. I think that's why I like this video is because you can clearly show something in the background that at least Angel and the uncle or his dad are reacting to. And it makes sense to me that that's what they're reacting to. And whatever it is, it's moving," said Roder.

In spite of debunkers dismissing the sighting as a shadow or a smudge, Roder and Quirk spent hours examining the video and were convinced that it is really authentic.

They opened their discovery to "peer review," inviting other professionals to analyze the evidence.

"These two items, these two beings, are in the real-world environment with the Kenmore family. That's a fact. Now the question is: Who are they? Where are they from and what do they want? That's where the conversation goes," Roder said.
