When I let go of worry and fear, it hurts for a while, but then it reveals the deep and Limitless within. 
Letting go of things are difficult and to face the emptiness, but emptiness is room for everything. Where love is born. Nurture emptiness and you will be full of joy. My intention is to transform the vacuum of emotions into a magical energy of love and send it to everyone and everything. Let go and let everything flow.
Let everything come to the surface, let it all grow in love. I feel like a snake shedding skin. Something New is born. There is so much more in life that we do not always see, but we can feel it. It's called "Intuition".
We all have our roles and patterns that are played off against each other. The next time you "encounter" a situation in which someone / something is thrown at you, then you can change the energy by going into the "presence" and know the situation with your whole body and reflect back "love". You've just changed a whole universe ...
We all have some sort of addiction, it can be all sorts of things, I have my things to work on, but I see it as something amazing, to consciously change patterns.
That I would "limit" my experience to my physical body, is pretty funny, when my thoughts are like waves on water and leaves blowing in the wind, but behind all that, radiates a sun that surrounds everything and everyone. A sun that warms me and reminds me of what I'm doing here and who I really am.

I can really feel the calm and wise energy behind each word that comes from your whole-ness. Emptiness is so much full of hope and all our dreams will come true when we step in it and master the reality with love and courage.
I also, of course, have my issues but it is really strange that now when I remember each day more and more my Real Self , I'm forgetting who I was playing to be yesterday, a month or a year ago. Like I am new and newer each coming day.

Wow, Ben, thanks so much.
Your words are always helpful, and comforting to me. I know that we are going through some intense times, but it really does matter how we project our Energy, I am definitely trying to work on that.
I can sense that some people are not happy, and maybe, if I just showed them a little more friendlyness or a smile it would make a difference. Every small thing we do, effects the bigger picture. "Intuition" has definitely become more obvoious, I feel it changing something deeper within me day by day...
Hope you are also doing and FEELING well Ben, you help so many, but sometimes, I know you need support as well.
We are all here to help, and I will do my best to become more aware, and do everything we can to change and transform the Universe :)
