i was thinking about duality, and how we return back to being whole.....from a dual perspective on life to a whole rich perspective where you do not feel seperate from everything that is around you.......I was also thinking about the many branches of duality and what that encompasses.......the seperation is in many ways from being seperated from our humanity, to being seperated from nature, to the seperation of ourselves from spirit.....it is a returning back to a very simple and organic state where you are deeply human, and connected to everything.....moving from duality to being whole is an understanding in many ways.....it is almost like a relearning really of what you thought you knew, and letting go of all prejudices you may hold, and questioning yourself....

Hey Ten Turtles, This is really interesting, because yeah when you step outside of Duality, You see the bigger picture in life, and what it has to offer, and being whole with yourself again is something that no one can take from you. It's like you have new understandings of how things work, and new knowledge of something that you would of never had any knowledge of before.
Duality is a part of life, and we are always in some sort of Duality whether we want to admit or not, we have come so far, but yet a lot of learning to do. Always experiencing when we go into the Duality mode, and coming back to ourselves means we know where we stand in at as a human being :0)

Hey Tyler, Moderation with everything in life that is how to keep the good balance, and like you had mentioned if you are way to positive all of the time, then it is bound to swing around the other way as well.
