I had a dream last night that there were a group of small grey aliens surrounding me and I was laying on something. Thats all I remember. I have no idea what this dream means but I feel incredibly weak and tired.

I do too Sarah, been there and still have the nightmares and remembering dreams, and always wake up weak like I had been put through a physical and mental wringer. The videos John mentioned may help you. I find them helpful and I have had too much experience with the grays.
I dreamt of ´greys´a few times. In one case , I woke up on board a spacecraft. I had shapeshifted into a Honzu Wolf because I wanted to be a Honzu Wolf in my dream. The being approaxed me , said some stuff I didn´t like , so I bit him.
That was my ´no one screws me around´moment with them in that dream......I´ve since had a few UFO - ´ET´dreams where such individuals are a focal point.......
i suggest u get in contact with Marique here,... she had experiences with the Grays before, and maybe she can help u more on this..or advice...
Hello sweetness, I hope you'll be feeling better and you have my prayers tonight. It may be a repressed memory begining to surface or one you weren't ready to deal with before now. As for your not feeling so well I definitely understand that. Take your time and listen to your body. Lots of rest and just try a little grounding and shielding. I know it helps me when I feel terrible.
your heart is your best inner compass. if you indeed feel that this dream has affected you, then it has.
likewise, close your eyes, tune in your heart and trust this tuning with the light within. then ask it how you can heal yourself from its effect, and let the answer comes up in the form of image. and follow your heart by acting on it.

maybe was not a dream at all... have u had similar "dreams" in the past???
So called grays are long gone from our reality at the present, sure they were "there" in the past, but now it's only a dream manifesting old paradigm of fear for you; if I may write with open mind.........
This could mean ascension for you since you are detoxing old fears..................................
