Dream of climbing up church steeple

I had a dream that I was wondering if anyone had ideas about. I was walking up the inside of a church steeple, it was a very narrow winding staircase which was wide only enough for one person. When I finally reached the top, there was a small kind of perspex dome kind of window which I opened and looked outside. I think I had a bit of trouble seeing out, but its not clear after that.

I think it might have had something to do with my book which I am trying to get published at the moment, a goal I have been greatly worried about trying to acheive.

Does anyone have any ideas about this? It would be much appreciated!
