most of my time I feel very angry, depressed, and tired, but sometimes I would get a great feeling of peace and love that seems to come from nowhere, like it's coming from the realms beyond this one.
what is this feeling and where does it come from? does anyone else experience it?

agree, its your higher self giving healing energy to you and a bit of a preview of how you can feel all the time. The same thing happened to me when I first awakened. Once I had that feeling I never wanted to let it go and as it turned out, I didn't have to let it go I just had to bring it into my reality. Best way of doing that way daily mediation, clear our the negative energy and put Light energy in its place. The feeling of peace and love naturally followed as I continued then and still continue to replace negative energy with positive loving energy. This even happens to the point that I can change a hopelessly negative mood to a happy mood just by concentrating on the positives. Does feel like a battle sometimes and I don't always win the battle but that isn't a bad thing. If I can't shake a bad mood then there is something in that bad mood that I need to learn from. Another thing mediation helps with - gives you clarity over what is really bothering you, a safe space to concentrate, to grow and to let go. Don't let go of that feeling my friend it is yours to have and hold forever if that is what you want and won't require much work at all to make it a permanent change, just a bit of dedication and faith in it. Hi I was experiencing the same a couple of years ago. Now I never get angry or that depressed any more. I am having a lot more feelings of peace and love now than EVER before and it's great. It's all part of the ascension process so when you understand this when you do get the anger or depression you can get over it much quicker and eventually you won't feel them any more, you will only be left with serenity and love. The negativity has to be cleared from your body and this is how it happens. The feelings of love and peace are a preview of what you have in store forever! These are the feelings of your future :)
