I think your totally correct that diet plays into our Spiritual evolution.. And I understand your motivations ~ and Respect them.
But ALSO not judging others, or forcing them to adopt your beliefs is also very important for Spiritual evolution. The word "sinner" is a limited judgement that really holds no meaning in the greater scheme of things.
We all have to forgive ourselves and make our own decisions, it's not for you to judge what others do. The Universe tends to take care of things....
Focus on your own individual evolution, and stop trying to force your beliefs, when you stop trying to force something, it actually creates a bridge that helps to manifest it more.
