  Oh, and I watched something on YouTube about HAARP, and it said that it can be used to TRIGGER earthquakes in areas that are already prone to them. So maybe it isn't as simple as 'natural' vs 'man-made'.

  I just read the latest SaLuSa message before and it is suggesting that this was not a 'natural' earthquake:

  I thought it was interesting that Barack Obama offered assistance IF REQUESTED. Our own Prime Minister did the same. This seems to be a deliberate move, and a good one I think. Chile can choose who it receives assistance from, and how.

  According to Drunvalo Mechizedek's book "Serpent of Light: Beyond 2012", everytime the Kundalini of Earth shifts on the surface of the earth there is energy imbalance in the area it shifts from and into, which results in earthwuakes, volcanoes, tsunamis and sometimes even man-made catastrophes of mammoth proportions.
  
  Earth's Kundalini has been on a journey from 1960's to 2012 from its resting place for the last 13,000 years in Tibet, to its next resting place post 2012 in the high mountains of the Andes in Chile. This shift of the Kundalini is accompanied by shift of spiritual power from Tibet and India to Chile and Peru.
  
  IMHO, the earthquake in Chile could signify the final shift of the Kundalini into its resting place for the next 13,000 years. The completion of the Prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor and the advent of the Aquarian Age.

    There is a definite population solution being sought by the Cabal and I am sensing they are upping their game. They are blatant at the best of times but this seems to be a bit too obvious... HAARP is an awful and disgusting weapon; its obscene..

  Chile has resisted American imperialism too many times. The banksters must've decided to flip on HAARP as last resort to force their hand. Now Chile might need the U.S. for "assistance" and "recovery" efforts just like Haiti which looked a lot more like an invasion rather than a rescue.
