        The second suggestion I have is that we reduce the Presidental Pay to "Nüll". If the presidental post gives no salory at all except for what's needed for food and housing, only truly devoted people would want to become president at all.
        
        That would effectively exclude any brainwash'able people from the post as well as restore it into total democratic integrity again.
