Chia Seeds (Salvia Hispanica) for Radiant Health, Endurance, and Boundless Energy
Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica L) was first used as food as early as 3500 B.C. The ancient Aztec civilization used Chia seed to provide them with radiant health, endurance, and boundless energy. I recently saw CHIA packets in Selfridges Food Hall in London and i first thought it was CHAI TEA ...but i picked up a leaflet and read more about it and i found it very interesting ..IF IT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE AZTIC WARRIORS THEN IT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR US
