Here in northern Europe and Denmark where I live it is currently extremely cold. About - 23 degrees celcius and many people and animals die from this extreme cold and I don't believe this should take place.
I have tried some times meditating to change the weather and I think it worked or it could just have been random. I once meditated really hard to make it stop raining and it worked and I have done that several times with success or it could just have been a coincident? I don't know
But as I know everything is energy and we can change the reality with our thoughts. I think that might also be the case with the weather?
Does anyone know if enough people meditate against the cold weather we can actually change it here in Northern Europe?

I have actually done it before. The weather forecast was that it will be long time before we will have rain. I got curious if I can change the weather contrary to the weather forecast. I visualize rain after hearing that news and after a few minutes, it rained! I can only imagine the power that we have if we visualize the same thing or event at the same time.
Im sorry but this is the way it is.
And it is the future too.
It is coming, Mother Earth wants it.
She's been planning it for a very long time, but she decided to move up the timetable. That is why we were allowed to develop industry (for global warming), even if we did take it to extremes that Gaia underestimated.
It was originally coming about 400 years from now, but now its barely 30 years away.
Whether I was going to be helping with it or not... decades from now the place where you live will probably be under 50 feet of ice that does not melt.
I do love cold weather, I love snow, but maybe that's why I was picked to help along with this process (and because I have the sufficient Power to do it).
To tell you the truth this is the sort of thing a person is owed for doing, though I don't think of it that way. Its a service.
Im sure alot of other people feel the same way that you do, but these are personal preferences.
In the future when our society is purged of its corrupt influences, and more advanced technology is available, it will be alot easier to go to tropical climates if you choose.
Then again people will also be living on the ocean alot too, on floating cities and towns, and in the secure comfort of mega structures in areas that are less hospitable. So there will be alot of options.
I was simply sharing this with you, probably as a message from God to answer your question.
Because I dont want you to get frustrated, when you try to change this and it doesn't work.
So now you know, why its happening.
These are Long Term processes, not simply the whims of a single person. Im just serving the will that was set in place.
In fact I will be getting alot stronger soon, and I will have to be careful with my intentions so that I don't overdo it and create something that is truly damaging and unnecessary. But with power comes responsibility, such is the way of things.

yes it’s possible if you know a few fundamental relations in the physical world simultaneously:
particle duality , properties of light, and energy, molecular structure, function, growth, origin, distribution, method to stabilizing the condition: molecules of water, dust, sea salt, gases law and (kinetics), temperature and so on …. then manifesting should be easy …. ;)

I really am sorry for that, but I have a job to do and this is a task I was charged with.
Really it is supposed to be cold like that everywhere on the planet, where its winter in the temperate zone. But for some reason its only hit europe, for now.
I had intended for it to start especially with the US, but since its not personal though, I guess it will actually go where its supposed to.
The long and short of the reason is to counteract global warming, and get the wheels turning on the new Ice Age that is to come (about 30 years from now).
Because im doing this under God's direction, using the I AM Presence energies to cause it, there is no way to stop it.
I have been doing it consistently for the last 2 years but I let up on it for a couple months this fall.
The intended temperature range for the temperate areas is roughly -20C to -30C, in terms of Highs and Lows.
The past couple years ive been focused on increasing Snowfall but this winter I was told to just focus on Temperature.
(Really I feel compelled to make it as absolutely cold as possible. I just understand realistically that temperatures of -40C or -50C only really exist in the arctic. And I know that even if it was possible people and the ecology south of the arctic zone can't cope with temperatures that low.)
(All I know is that we need Much More Cold on this planet, and fast, so that's what im doing)
kinda crazy here in portland oregon, which is a temperate rainforest it was sunny yesterday with people out.... usually it is rainy during this time of the year. if we are one, connected to all that is then we are apart of the clouds and cold as well....i have been looking online but have not been able to find a how (exercises) to manipulate the weather.....i was thinking that it could be like trying to do telekinesis by feeling the object as if it was you and trying to move it with the mind, energy.....i was thinking same with weather.....sorry it is so cold there....

For me its as simple as looking at a weather map, imagining that im "pulling" those colder temperatures from the arctic (usually indicated by the dark blue and purple colors on the map)... and sending that command to my Higher Self.
This time however im imagining the entire northern hemisphere is just being frosted over, like the ultra cold crisp air of the upper atmosphere was being brought down to the ground level.
