If this is true.....dunno....it has nothing to do with "monitoring ships".....more like guarding one of the huge e.t. bases that is there, as well as the the South Pole.......both Poles are surrounded by Navel Fleets......i also heard that the Agarthans use a tunnel system that also has entry points at either Pole.......
