The energies are so powerful at the moment!

I've been feeling and hearing it intensely in the past 2 weeks but during the last 2 days the frequency has been off the charts. I've literally been buzzing, pulsating and vibrating with blissful joy! Has anyone else been affected by the intensity of the energies and feeling really strange lately?

I experienced a dramatic frequency shift yesterday while I was reading Ari's post about the Holy Mantra, Kodoish Kodoish Kodoish Adonai Tsebayoth. When I looked at the photos taken on Mt.Shasta I felt a surge of energy and my crown chakra expanded and was tingling with ecstasy for about half an hour and I've been feeling more and more bizarre ever since. The energy has been coming in waves and moving down through my body creating sensations in all the problem areas I have. I'm finding it hard to function normally since it's difficult for me to concentrate on anything, my eyesight keeps going blurry and misty and my legs have been going numb and weak (making it hard to walk). It seems like I'm floating and I can hear the crystalline energy much louder than usual. I don't want to do anything I'd normally do and just feel like relaxing, meditating and listening to beautiful uplifting music.

The Holy Mantra has been playing in my head since I woke up and I've listened to the video of it many times today because it makes me feel so good. I now believe it is one of the keys to ascension and have found that it is extremely powerful when said at least three times. My daughter's also love it, especially my eldest Amika (named after a future space being) who is 8 years old and just wanted to listen to it over and over again. She even cryed with joy and told me that she is so happy the "good aliens" had given us the mantra because it makes her feel like she is important to the Earth! : )

I'm sure the frequency on Earth has been increasing lots lately due to many factors, including the massive solar flares and the Equinox coming up on March 20th (when the 4th and final Cosmic Trigger Wave will upgrade the new crystalline grid another notch). It's also very interesting that the amazing Braco has suddenly appeared and is healing everyone, he really reminds me of the Maha Avatar Babaji and could be one of the Ascended Masters who are returning to be among us once more. There are so many incredible things happening that it's hard to keep up with it all!

I love Archangel Metatron and his Earth Keeper messages about the crystalline grid which will be fully activated on 21/12/12, and also enjoy reading Master Adama High Priest of Telos, who recently mentioned that many Inner Earth Dwellers will be emerging from beneath Mt.Shasta soon. I realized the other day that Mt.Shasta is located at the Earth's Root Chakra so it must be a very powerful place that can trigger activation of the chakras, which is what I'm experiencing right now!

I would appreciate any comments from others who are also feeling the intensity of the frequency shift.
