I have lately been feeling my third chakra. I can feel it spinning and moving. I can't describe the feeling, but it does not feel emotional, only energetic, as if someone was 'tickling' me with energy. I sometimes get freaked out when I feel these things because I start to think someone is plugging into me or something, or it is from someone else, but no it is my third chakra.
Feels like it is doing something but not sure what?

the heart chakra is such a beautiful one to feel opened....you look at everyone with such immense love, compassion.....after my heart chakra opened i could feel it weeping after I came back from texas after the death of a family member. I was not sure what was going on at first, so I just tried to keep an eye on it. I had no idea it was the beginning of my awakening......
Beloved Marianinia, Get the sense that you're REALLY feeling the love :) I get this feeling too & the more I trust unconditionally & settle into it (without question) the more wonderful it becomes. Waves of glorious dee- LIGHT...Ain't we all simply adjusting to a higher frequency now - wherever we require extra help!

Beloved TTT...Your Solar Plexus chakra???....
It's been suggested that this area is a person's psychic 'dustbin'...where we collect the energies of 'daily life' from places, people etc...
At the end of each day it's always good to 'empty the trash' (so to speak) :-)
Your experience sounds real interesting! Getting some assistance from higher sources perhaps? Hope it feels supa good!

;) empty the trash, i was hoping that my chakra was releasing individuals energies and realigning itself. i was also thinking that my will center is going to get me through this.... sit and get higher guidance....will do.....also it could be because the change in diet....

OMG!! I feel stuff on my face all over my body as well. I can feel words traveling upon my face, or legs, toes, and frankly it drives me crazy. I have to pause to know where it is coming from. It is always good to know that people share similar experiences....happy new year!! ttt

Can understand the wonderful waves & sounds which I've been experiencing for years now. Got some of the 'tinglies/buzzies' a couple months ago. It still happens occasionally :)
