BRILLIANT MEDITATION: Living from the Sacred Space of the Heart...Great for Ascension

This Meditation is excellent as we have to change our whole way of living by LIVING FROM THE HEART instead of LIVING FROM THE BRAIN.

Meditations are by the World Famous Drunvalo Melchizedek

In Ancient times people lived from the Heart but we cut our connection to the Heart and started living from the Brain. We must change our ways so that our Heart takes first place.

      Yes Pan it is good for Meditation and going within your inner self. Watch the Videos whenever you need a Spititual Charge up.
      We have to start living from the Heart instead of our Brain and this will take time since we are conditioned now but with constant practice this will become possible and this is a requirement for Ascension into 5th Dimension.
