The project is called The 16th Avenue Tiled Steps, implemented in San Francisco.
He is supposed to make the daily lives of people brighter and more positive. Have a look of beautiful artistic stairs which will give you a good luck feel for the day…

        good analogy Kalki ... now you can skip all the beauty on your way up and reach the top faster or you can take your time to see the beauty which comes with each step that will make you experience richer but slower.

        But then we have an ETERNITY ... what's the rush ... ;)
