Circle July 18, 2015, on your calendar. The waxing crescent moon, Venus, Jupiter and Regulus will convene in the west at dusk/nightfall.
Bright Jupiter from dusk until early-to-mid evening. Jupiter and Venus are spectacularly close in late June and early July, and they stay close as they fall nearer and nearer the sunset throughout July, 2015.
Spy vs Spy
Remember "Spy vs Spy?" This was a very popular comic strip in a publication called Mad Magazine. It was a hit with American youth in the 1960's and 1970's with it's very satirical look at "good guy vs. bad guy" espionage actions in comic strip form. Finally, note that this comic series may also be a satirical response to "the glamorous look of being a spy" that was being pushed by the mainstream media (with Sean Connery and Roger Moore at the time).
The comedy television show Mad TV would be formed out of the Mad Magazine concept, and "Spy vs Spy" simply had to be a part of it due to it's popularity

Is the above an update of the vintage editorial message sometimes seen in "Spy vs Spy??" This editorial message is very true of Mad Magazine itself. I remember the Mad Magazine Batman series featuring Robin trying to blackmail Batman (via exposing his identity as Bruce Wayne). The reason for blackmail was that Batman would not let Robin use the Batmobile for a hot date.
Choosing The C.I.A. And Russian Intelligence (S.V.R.)
I decided to look at the charts of both the C.I.A. and S.V.R. in conjunction with the beginning of "the return of Quetzalcoatl." Both the C.I.A. and the S.V.R. have major events going on with the pending retrograde of Venus (over the star of Regulus) that begins this Saturday, July 25, 2015.
The C.I.A. And July 25, 2015 - Happy Birthday C.I.A.; Solar Return AND Venus Going Retrograde At The Same Time (WOW)
Solar returns usually give a minor glimpse at probable future events over the next year. The C.I.A. has the 2015 Mars Square Uranus formation within 2 degrees of equality with the natal C.I.A. Venus placement (a positive, since Venus and Mars work well together). But this square is also within 2 degrees of conjunction with the Ascendant at 18 degrees Cancer 46' (which may be a negative, since Mars can be impulsive due to the need for action).
Similar to the Federal Reserve with an Ascendant of 18 degrees Cancer 04', the C.I.A. and the Fed may be involved in very bold actions as Summer 2015 ends. And yes, the "accident in the environment" aspect of transiting Mars Square Uranus is present (but not "red hot") with both Ascendants of the Fed and the C.I.A. This square can define "surprises and accidents in the environment" if both entities are not careful of the types of action they engage in as summer 2015 ends.
The opposition between the 2015 Saturn in the fifth and the C.I.A.'s natal North Node may define a separation of important connections, possibly financial related. With Venus going retrograde to conjunct Jupiter at 29 degrees Leo, this 2015 lineup will square 2015 Saturn in the C.I.A.'s 5th house (and both will also be squaring the C.I.A.'s natal North Node at the same time). This may suggest that there may be a major financial issue or conflict taking place within the C.I.A., and a decision must be made over "a hard choice" per financing needs (and may have an annual impact), or the end of an important relationship (with financial ramifications).
Transiting 2015 Neptune is in the C.I.A.'s 9th house of law, philosophy, and long-distance involvement. This Neptune placement is within 1 degree of a Quincux aspect (150 degrees) with the C.I.A.'s Neptune in the C.I.A.'s 4th house. This may indicate "legal tension or disappointment" (transiting Neptune in the 9th) over a "deceptive action that took place at the home" (the C.I.A.'s Neptune in the 4th). I would expect some possible legal inquiry with Neptune transiting the 9th, and also with the 4th house being ruled by Venus (which rules "one-on-one encounters," especially in a legal courtroom).
INTERPRETATION:
"a financial sacrifice of some kind may need to be made, and it may involve the end of important friendships or end of connections with important associates. There may be legal tension present as well, and this legal involvement may or may not have an impact on the hard choice of the financial sacrifice needing to be made"
Russian Intelligence (S.V.R.) And July 25, 2015 - The Venus Retrograde Station Within 1 Degree Of A Perfect Square To The SVR Natal Moon Placement
The natal Moon placement of an organization horoscope chart usually defines "the people of the organization." The square between 2015 Venus (going retrograde) and the natal SVR Moon placement may indicate conflicting personnel changes taking place within the SVR rank and file. There is also a strong probability for considerable change in relationships among the employees of Russian Intelligence, and this may involve new types of work.
SVR has issues and transformations going on with it's image due to 2015 Pluto transiting over the midpoint of SVR's "revolutionary use of deception" (natal Uranus / Neptune in the first house). One of these examples of "revolutionary use of deception" is (in my opinion) Russia Today, or RT (and I say deception because RT doesn't report on problems within Russia, or at least I never heard or seen such).
Note that the use of the media to influence others is something the U.S. government has been miserable at in recent years, as evident with the failed attempts for messages that were pro-gun-control (eliminated via "Operation Fast And Furious") and also were racism tainted with the white South Carolina shooter (eliminated via a Chattanooga dark skin Muslim shooter who received 1/3 the attention that the white South Carolina shooter received).
Hence, we may see a new approach from Russia related to media propaganda aimed at influencing others via the media. My guess is that this will be through entertainment means, but we may also have new news organizations that surface and replace RT (and replace what RT did, since RT did have a better impact upon some U.S. internet users (especially with the alternative media) compared to the many U.S. cable networks (i.e. CNN, MSNBC, Fox)).
Unlike some members of the U.S. Department of State, I like the reporting from RT. This is because RT is making inroads into showing the realities of the many farces of the U.S. government. I only wish they would do the same with the Russian government, as this coverage seems absent.
The sesquiquadrate (135 degree angle) between natal Jupiter in the SVR eighth house and transiting 2015 Uranus in the SVR fourth house may indicate use of technology for financial security matters. Hence, we may see a new role of the SVR as the gate keepers for financial information related to the BRICS banking agreement.
INTERPRETATION
"great changes will be made with the personnel of the organization in terms of business relationships and types of work. There may be disagreements present among the personnel due to the changes, and there may be financial implications involved in the new jobs. This includes areas pertaining to banking, finance, insurance, and important secrets relative to the company itself."
