This will be the final debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. It is pretty much a dead heat between these two at this time, with contemporary polls indicating one candidate or the other is one or two points ahead. It is no secret which candidate I am favoring at this time, as I have posted numerous postings at this website and others over who I favor with this election. Nevertheless, as an astrologer I've got to call it as I see it and be fair.
The Horoscope of the 3rd Debate
The conjunction of Mars and Pluto is very close to the Midheaven at 17 degrees Capricorn 20 minutes. This indicates the reputation (Midheaven) of the event to be a potential explosive conflict that involves action and the application of the ego (Mars) with concerning Plutonian elements (i.e. high-level banking, high-level military, high-level government, and secretive elements found within these three named groups).
More evidence of this Pluto-type of conflict taking place is the position of the Sun on this chart. The Sun forms a square to the natal U.S. Pluto position at 27 degrees Capricorn 33 minutes, and this may indicate further turmoil or crisis (or transformation) in the secret elements discussed in the previous paragraph (especially within the U.S.)
The square between the Moon and Chiron is hot. Chiron rules very advanced technology, and the Moon rules the public at large. This may define some very hot conflicts (square) taking place over surveillance or the airwaves (Chiron) regarding the public (the Moon). The Moon does rule women, and the subject of women has been a key topic of discussion with the debates. Conflicts among the public involving this topic regarding women is possible, especially with conflicts involving this topic on the airwaves and the internet.
Hillary Clinton and Debate #3
Hillary Clinton will have much going on with her natal placement of Mercury (21 degrees Scorpio, 23 minutes) Conjunction Ascendant (22 degrees Scorpio, 43 minutes). This placement traditionally represents "communications" (Mercury) in "the environment" (the Ascendant).
Hillary Clinton still has an advantage with certain influential communications involving the airwaves and with surveillance technology. This is due to transiting Chiron forming a strong trine to this Mercury Conjunction Ascendant placement.
The significant transit of this debate to watch for is Hillary Clinton's Mercury / Ascendant placement receiving transit of a Yod formation ("finger of God"). This will involve transiting Uranus and transiting Moon both forming a quincunx angle to this natal Mercury / Ascendant placement. Uranus / Moon may represent "unusual women" or "the public (or women) involved with the internet" (or "the unusual or alternative media of the internet"). Expect one or combinations of these descriptions of Uranus / Moon to provide tension for Hillary Clinton with the communications and talks taking place in the environment at the time of this debate.
Wikileaks has been providing many headaches for the Clinton camp with the e-mails that have been released involving her associates. This may be represented by transiting Mercury ("communications, mail, pen & paper") in the 11th house ("associates, groups of friends with a purpose") forming a semi-sextile ('slight tension") to this natal Mercury / Ascendant. This transit of Mercury also may add on additional tension involving "communications in the environment."
As mentioned earlier, Hillary Clinton still has the mainstream media advantage of the airwaves and surveillance (and note that the New York Times has reportedly interviewed hundreds of Miss Teen Pageant contestants in search of dirt on Donald Trump). But I expect Clinton may get damages via "hits from all sides" with this debate, unless the debate moderators come to her side as they did with Clinton in the first debate.
Donald Trump and Debate #3
Donald Trump may have a conflict developing at this debate concerning women (the Moon), and it may be as a result of surveillance technology (Chiron). This is represented by transiting Moon forming an opposition to Trump's natal Moon, along with transiting Chiron forming a square (conflict) to his natal Moon (drawn in black above).
However, Trump also has the transit of Jupiter ("luck, expansion, philosophical knowledge") forming a square ("conflict") with the natal placement of Mercury ("communications") taking place also. And this transit is hot.
Drawn in blue above, this is a lucky transit in regards to communications that may either wipe out any damages caused by the women issue or it may give Trump an advantage with communication topics presented in this debate. This is a hard call to decide in terms of outcome, but note that the transiting Moon will conjunct Donald Trumps Sun placement as the debate ends, and the Jupiter Square Mercury transit will be extremely hot (within six minutes) in terms of equality. This could indicate "a new beginning" (Moon Conjunct Sun) with "success with communications involving conflict" (Jupiter Square Mercury). But this will depend on how Trump handles the women issue which he probably will get hit with (which will probably be presented with extensively with this debate. This is because Clinton took serious hits over women issues involving her husband during the previous debate).
Conclusion
Trump gets a lucky transit involving Jupiter with his natal Mercury, so I give the edge to him with Debate #3. It all depends on how he will address and handle the women issue that the mainstream media has saturated him with in recent weeks.
Hillary Clinton still has an advantage with the mainstream media and surveillance of her opponent. But with this debate she also has to deal with much tension in the environment involving the alternative media, the public and certain female voters (since rape by her husband was an issue at the last debate), and the Wikileaks issues involving her associates (which may be presented at this debate). Note that the past allegations of rape and harassment involving her husband must be addressed, as this issue has provided much damage to the Clinton campaign since the spread between Clinton and Trump has now narrowed to a dead heat after Debate #2 (despite the black-out of this matter by the mainstream media).

ACUTE OBSERVER: you forgot with the first debate that I astrologically called for possible improved health with Hillary Clinton (and it happened) AND that Hillary Clinton may have some dirt on Trump (and she did). Russia is run by a fundamentalist Christian who doesn't approve of open gay celebrations in his country, and Hillary Clinton claims Putin is sending money and information to Julian Assange, Alex Jones, and Donald Trump with no proof.
Saudi Arabia is run by fundamentalist Muslims who execute gay people in their country, and they have been proven to have sent $25 million dollars to the Clinton Foundation (and then get approval from Clinton's State Department for special weapon systems after the Clinton Foundation received these funds).

Your astrology is a joke, currently. I care not what your view of Hillary nor Trump are at the moment, since Astrology as such would provide NO indications of ANY of that.
Astrology would ONLY present a basic indication of what energies that are pre-present of this time. The fact that You include Your astrology to be a PART of something that is Material, only proves that Your astrology is influenced by someone who'd like to CONTROL You- or the times that You predict.
