  Hi,

   

  This could be due to various reasons ...

   

  One of which I can think of immediate effect is that due to bad vibrations you collect by traveling it can affect your sleep and dreams : To counter that you can try by keeping 2-3 lemons( yellow, meaning ripe ones) under your pillow when you sleep, check for 3-4 days if your sleep has improved , if your sleep has improved that the reason specified is correct ...

   

  Else we can have other alternatives.

  Hello Nick!

  Yes, nightmares and bad dreams do occur during the ascention process, as does many other things. I think that it is the mind releasing and purging old fear and beliefs from the mind, spirit. Moving them out, and also I think that being opened psychically one can 'tune' into messed up scary stuff that actually might be truly happening. My biggest peice of advice would be to stay AWAY from scary movies! De-stress yourself, don't eat heavy food before bed, set up a nightime ritual, get stones/crystals, and I liked the advice about asking the angels and the guardians to keep nightmares from happening.

   

  I think this kind of thing shouldn't happen when I am in an ascention process or am I wrong? ---I thought that to myself once that I should just be blissed out and not filled with anger because of the spiritual experiences, and only be at peace within, but it is a process, a complete unraveling and ascending and parts that are lower vibration will be moved out to be filled with light, even during sleep....

  yeaa bud its a cleaniing process. everything that you have felt this life and even past lives must be cleaned out before all the new energies flow without blockage through our bodies.

  i was actualy having manyy nightmares acouple of weeks ago and then i started to ask my guides and guardians to protect me while im sleeping...NEVER had a nightmare again :]

  It could be that you are in the process of clearing out energies of past lives that are negative.  We all go through that type of healing in our own time, you may be ready for it now. 

  My other thought is that there may still be a few dark beings left around that need the fear in you to create sustenance for him to feed on.  This sounds weird I know but I have been struggling with a dark entity for a couple of months now who tries to attack me every night.  I have learned to be on the look out for him and can now (in my astral body) make him go away as well as learning to protect myself completely before I sleep with the "Kodoish" mantra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXptLwyyahY&feature=related.  There are other prayers that can help of course also. 

  Those are my thoughts and experiences of bad dreams.  Hope you can create a safe place for your bad dreams to stop.
