  Too funny--while I was waking up I had all of these symptoms.  Clearing your body of toxins can be disturbing but it's crucial.  "Cleanliness is next to Godliness" isn't "if you're not a clean person you're a sinner," it means becoming spiritual not only cleans your soul but your body will heal as well.  Eating properly is so crucial.  Once the body is thoroughly healed from contaminants, toxic foods and disease it is impossible to not become spiritual.  But the healing process brings on quite a few symptoms like this vid says.  

  I was giggling a bit when I saw all the symptoms summed up at once.  Glad I got through all that!  ;)
