"Like the rays of the rising sun, my light scatters the darkness!" This is a good week to use this mantra in your daily breathwork (yes, daily if not hourly!). When you are feeling slightly overwhelmed; it's all happening so fast, stop, relax, and breathe 7 breaths through the nose, 7 breaths in the nose and out the mouth, and 7 breaths in and out of the mouth simply repeating this mantra with each breath (or completely stilling the mind). Can't do it too many times! then take out a notepad to help remember the downloads that are coming through! I hope this rings true for you.
