As you go about your daily lives there are people, things, places that you do not like and you get upset
I list a few that upset me
1 Waiting in Long Queue....so much time wasted
2 Overcrowding in Buses and Tubes
3 Do not get served properly in a Restaurant, Cafe, Shop etc
4 Too many people in the Streets
5 People talking loud in public..on the buses, on the tubes, in the shopping centres etc
6 Children shouting and screaming in public places
7 Train and Bus delays
8 Caught in traffic
9 People talking loud on their mobile phone in public places
10 Finding no seating on buses, tubes, cafes etc
11 People eating while serving food or in public places and not washing their hands before and after
12 People smoking near your face
13 People using abusive language
14 Animal products ...like meat and leather got from killing animals
15 Bad weather
I will add a few more as we go along.
As we move into 5th Dimension no longer will this bother us but for now we have to face these daily in our lives

The amount of cows slaughtered for serving in Restaurants is barbaric in nature
Slaughterhouses all over the world are one of the places where demons of this Planet work....they are just brutal savages
Killing of Elephants just for ivory is work of brutes and savages and cannot be classed as humans
I think rather than look at what effects my inner peace I shall look at what helps me with my inner peace. There's enough going on to disturb our inner peace if we allow it to already. I shall keep focusing on the outcome I wish to see for our beautiful planet Gaia and all on her. <3
Now that's gross and sad. It really effects me what an awful image in my head now. :(((

Whats disturb my inner peace: What is hardest for me to svallow is abuse of Children and Animals. It is hard for me to se countries in the vest; USA and EUROPE (Some of them) dominate and runs this planet with their military and Religion (Christianity). I dont like the monetary system. I too is sencitive to noises. But love the sounds from the planet. Wind in the ears, birds singing, a beautiful song etc.

And swearing is especially disturbing when written, as it is not then just a spontaneous lack of control, as when verbal, but a deliberate and wholely intended statement of anger....
Such energies can only return to the senders, so your comment does have my sympathy....
