Ascension Training similar to Olympic Training The preparation, training, dedication, and will are all the same. So are the support systems; Including proper training tools, coaches, and motivating factors. The challenges will be near the same also, as you will have to overcome many challenges and overcome obstacles quicker than your normal person. Just like Olympic athletes, you should know that you deserve this training and that you can handle the stress and pressures that this type of training and preparation offer. There are a few differences. Obviously, some of your coaches will be your guides…you can only hear them and mostly will not see them. The training tool s are provided for you. You just have to find the best ones for you (You are your best coach). The challenges will be more psychological as you will have to train more of the mind to believe that you will win even under the duress of a project that not many have the guts to undergo. Deal with the bodily changes as best as you can, and do not let it fall apart during this process. You’re in it to go for the gold! You are problem solving your way to victory with guts and determination. Just like the Olympians, you should train yourself to anticipate challenges so you can be trained to deal with them like a pro as you move to the next event. Each and every event and experience will be different but the core issues will be the same: Train, experience, learn, and CLEAR with precision and realistic discernment. Do not allow yourself too many set backs caused by injury or psychological distress. This should be in your game plan as you prepare to stay well and balanced as the intensity of your training picks up. Always know where the goal line is and gauge just how close you are or else you are just training in the dark. Forgive yourself for not being perfect during the process, then make the needed adjustments from mistakes you make along the way. You will have to be smart, confident, and tough to pull it off. Don’t be fooled that something outside yourself is going to do it for you. Just do it…you will be glad when it is over! You did it for you, humanity ...Great Job...you will then start to be put in the right places to do your real job! |

Thank you for posting this, ascension does take a lot of work, it won't just happen if you're not taking the necessary steps and making the life and diet changes that need to be made. I am actually offering this sort of training to men, I've been a professional dominatrix off and on for several years, and have come to realize that it is part of my purpose after taking some time off to do some soul searching. I have started using what I know to train my subs in ways that will benefit them and the world.. I'm still getting everything set up to truly begin, but I have a feeling it will be very successful and I believe it is exactly what I am supposed to be doing. Subs are perfect to train because they are willing to obey and don't argue.. lol. :)
