There are unfortunately many blogs, posts, channelings, false channelings, dreams, visions, thoughts and wishful thinking that allow various groups of people to be pulled into the vacuum of their suffering, and longing to not be on GAIA. Why would that be if we made a special choice to come here. Some only want to escape without doing the necessary elements of becoming who they are.
1. Know t know who you are.
2. Know to find what your purpose is.
3. Work - apply all your desires toward self-development that is; body, mind, spirit and sou.
4. Work to enact all the good things that involve, totalitarian energy that involves Love.
5. Work to find others that naturally resonate with Wholesomeness in all you do
6. Work to continuously cleanse the body vessel i.e. every possible aspect.
7. Work to discern information.
8 Work to become knowledgeable in the current information and learn history.
9. Work to allow your guides to help you.
10. Work to become artistic and creative is every possible way to open your energy centers.
11. Work to meditate in many forms that will develop your entire being.
12. Work to connect to your soul family that is everywhere.
13. Work to understand Archangels, Achaia, Ascended Masters and the Mother Father God.
14. Work to actively help someone, something, some place, begins gently then moves forward.
15. Work to believe your power to manifest Love is of a Supreme Gift from Mother Father God.
16. Work to not feel sorry for yourself or others; just apply help.
17. Work to build your inner spirit energy and protect your purpose, mind and soul.
18. Work to become aware of all the surrounds you are within, work, home, social, earth.
19. Work to control thoughts of fear and find the root cause, fix through meditation/prayer.
20. Work to ask for help from your guides, angels, ascended masters and trust your intuition.
21. Work towards a total state of volition that helps everyone.

Once you awaken vibrations will naturally rise, but that does not mean the negative internal loops are silent. they still spin, but if you work at ascension shedding the skin like a snake will become easier, and less painful. Once you ascend you are living a different sort of life from 'normal' people. You are living the life of a mystic, which involves discipline, study, meditation, yoga, energy work, but the discipline all comes out of a deep love and longing to be connected to the divine. Working at ascension becomes natural because feeling god feels so good, and hence a powerful motivator. I know for myself that being disciplined is helping so much, and helps me deal with life better. I notice when I am not working a spiritual program that I become ungrounded and dealing with energy becomes more difficult. Maybe change the word from work to strive towards......or the title "have fun striving towards"...;) lol
I joyfully move FULL STEAM AHEAD toward my full potential....;)

Of course it takes work. And I know people are afraid of work, but that's what it's gonna take. We don't actually expect ascension to be handed to us, do we? Or to just glide into it. It takes a real commitment, and a real effort. And that doesn't mean struggling and striving and forcing...like lifting weights. And even the best weight lifters, like Schwarzenegger, did it with ease and grace and joy. But ultimately you still have to lift that weight to get the results you want.
We have to be willing to do what we need to do, whether it's working on ourself and purifying our ego, digging within to find our realizations...if that's what we have to do, well let's do it. It's the heart of a champion. I wrote a blog with that title, about this very thing lol The idea of having the spirit to do whatever you need to do, within morality, to accomplish a goal, and if that goal is ascension, well, put your entire being into it.
I think people are shy to really put themselves into something, or go at something with gusto. People are shy to effort. People don't have the heart of a champion. Well ultimately if you want to achieve something truly worthwhile, it takes effort. Look at what's happening now, with this whole drama playing out between the light and dark on our world. Look how much work that took. But the results are worth it. So find that strength of spirit within, to do what we need to do to get to where we want to be.

There are many ways that lead upwards. Work is one of them. However the timespan of a surface Human is far to short in order to solve all major problems by merely working hard.
The Law Of Attraction might be the most powerful and comfortable way at the same time to improve the current situation (as far as it really works similar as I think it does).......
The Higher Powers seem to use the "Security trough obscurity" principle...
