When we put our body to sleep, we may also ask our Higher Mental Body to take us to the Temple of Light of the Ascended Master of the day, to receive Their great love and blessings and bring this gift back into our physical being to support us in every aspect of our daily lives. It’s up to you to use your free will and I must remind you as unpleasant as it is to hear it over and over, it is human kind who used their free will to forget that the Ascended Host exist, that the Angelic Host exist. Maybe they did not set out to do it that way but that’s what happened, and so each of you, you are all wonderful precious God beings evolving and you’ve got to use your free will dear hearts and pour your Love. Just remember, remember the protocol; when you turn to that which is The Greater than your own evolution, an Ascended Being, a Christ Being, an Angelic Being, remember dear heart to follow the universal law and that is you must love your own Great God Presence first, you must pour your Love and recognition to the Great God Presence that has given you life that we call your Beloved I AM Presence, yes? And then, through your Presence and you can say,
“Now my Beloved I AM that I AM, to day I would like to pour my Love to the Ascended Host the Seven Sacred Weeks, and I would just like to make myself, this earthly embodiment that I have been given, my mind, my physical garment, my feelings, I would just like to offer myself today to the entire Ascended Host to be an open door for all their blessings all their gifts all their intervention and all the over-lighting they might like to offer me.”
