  To answer the original post - No, they are not. They don't even like each other, like, at all.
  
  Now, a few other points:
  
  * Milky Way is not one of the oldest galaxies around in the universe, in fact, its one of the youngest (whatever analysis or research you do on its properties would show that);

  
  * Its typed "Ciakar", and only read as "Sykar", if you are quoting Alex Collier material;

  
  * They (the "Ciakar" if you will) don't know their own history, how would they know why, when or how the first humanoids were created?;

  
  * The "Paa Tal" are only believed to be the oldest and most powerful technological civilization that existed in this universe, by other, very young in comparison, civilizations, who haven't explored in astute detail even 5% of the native galaxy - its very presumptuous;

  
  * The "Paa Tal" appear in our universe shortly after its created, and they appear evolved, developed, and technologically capable from the start; From interactions with other old civilizations in other galaxies, and relics found there and here in the local space, they have been busy in other galaxies first, near the Sagittarius center, the Virgo Supercluster, and then emerged here in Andromeda, then our galaxy and Triangulum;

  
  * Nibiru didn't belong to our system, it was an artificial planet that was moved through space at will, it didn't have a fixated orbit; I'm speaking in past tense as it no longer exists, it was destroyed in 2003; Surviving Nibiruans build a new planetoid in some system in the Serpens constellation;

  
  * I wish people would make distinctions between certain terminology, because those bits of ignorance is what feeds trolls and mockers to mock these types of communities - dimensions, densities, realities and parallel universes are not the same thing - it would be wise for you to read up on the differences between those; Similarly - star system, constellation and a galaxy are not the same thing either, so terms like 'intergalactic travel' when you are referring to another star system and travel from there to planet Earth is ridiculous, if that star is in our own galaxy, or terms like "Lyra system"/"Orion system" - these are constellations of many, many star systems, yet you are referring to them as if referring to something specific; If you don't know what star specifically, don't refer to it as a system, it makes you sound ridiculous. Same example is claims like "They were dumped in Orion on Alpha Draconis", yet Orion is a constellation, and Alpha Draconis a star, and they both have nothing in common;

  
  * Nibiru was never a part of the Sirius system either - it was a very dark red planet found in a star system in the Bootes constellation, where a 'reptoid' culture associated with what colloquially is referred as the Orion Consortium, and human counter-part from Sirius B donated genetics to create them as a species; After heating up of the relations between these parties, they had abandoned their "experiment", just like we were left alone for some time period in which time they grew and became powerful culture;

  
  * Another piece of disinformation is them being "dumped", and in Alpha Draconis. They charted that star system themselves long time ago, when it was still young (it has expanded into giant form now). They come from a star system deeper in the background of the Draco constellation, further away from Earth, and the reason they charted that system was because it offered them space routes to places otherwise inaccessible (Ciakars can't travel faster than light, or use wormholes, they engineer other species, and they do their dirty work for the most part. Giant stars are most often used as means of travel);

  I agree mostly with SirianStarseed_7777 , except from the theory that they were dumped here.

  Niburu, which is their homeplanet , in fact belongs to our sun system.

  Nibiru have a huge elliptic orbit.

  They don´t have the tech to travel intergalactic , but they had the opportunity to travel to us when nibiru were closest to us some thousands of years ago.

  The Annunaki has some kind of reptilian metal biology and have the talant to shapeshift into whatever they want.

  They WERE NOT a benevolent race, but is since some years allied with Christ Michael Aton (the light) . and have agreed to leave us on Earth.

    Thanks, Andronover, but Nibiru is NOT a part of our Sun system but of Sirius C (an old name was Anu). This planet was deliberately derailed from the original orbit and was not ascended as the others in Sirius C to 4D vibratory rate. Now Nibiru passes through our Sun system near the orbit of Neptune.
    The Dracos was dumped in Alpha Draconis, NOT on Nibiru ... they have never been there!
    And as the people of Andromeda Council said, the Anunnaki are still dangerous for us, In last 12 month their Galactic Federation from Tau Ceti blocked a few of their attacks to colonize Earth again and help the Illuminati Cabal to enslave us. Also they can travel up to speed light with their ships, but not more than that.
    Sirius B and Sirius C are the reptilian Agenda. Wake up!
