All Truths Are True, Get Over It

It is often a painstaking process to attend to this subject without having to counter the millions of strong egos who simply refuse to accept such a simple concept. It is the struggle of the ages to move from a position of duality to one of acceptance that all truths are true, regardless of their perception, interpretation or validity to one or more persons. It's a challenge for most to take this on at face value because the query by human nature is "how can there not be one truth?" My response is always "how CAN there be just ONE truth?" Can you see through other people's eyes? Can you experience their emotions? Have you lived through their life experience? Can you see all perspectives? Of course not. So there cannot be any one truth for all people, and if you don't believe it, that's because you are experiencing your own perception of truth. See how it works?

There is and never can be anything possible outside of the imagination of you, the creator of your reality. Anything that you can imagine to be true is your truth within your creation because there is nothing outside of that creation that exists. Essentially this means that everybody's perspective is their own truth.

The Fundamental Truth Is That All Truths Are True

7-things-we-forget.jpg The fundamental truth is that all truths are true. Again, this is a perspective, but many would argue it is the highest truth.

Do we have shared truths? Of course. We agree the sky is blue and the grass is green, but if a person disagrees with us, can we state with 100% certainty that their truth is incorrect. No, because we are not a witness through their perspective. "But I have millions of people who agree with me." Who cares. You are still not a witness through the perspective of those that disagree with you, regardless of how assertive and righteous you are about your position.

That is why belief systems, as sensitive as many of them may be, should all be respected.

I happen to believe in God, but can I prove that God exists to an atheist? Or can I justify that their belief in no God is invalid? Absolutely not. That is their truth and I must respect it because their truth is just as valid as my own within their experience, even if their truth completely opposes mine.

When I do meet an atheist, I love them as I do any other human being and I'm so excited about their perspective. They've come here to experience our species as biological machines, with no soul and no before or after life. Cool. I wish I could experience what that feels like and perhaps I have in other lifetimes, but in this one I just happen to believe in something else...something different. Not something that is more right, correct or true than the experience of an atheist, just different. It ends there. We must learn to replace fear of the unknown with curiosity rather than anger.

Human beings on this planet are slowly evolving from killing each other based on differences of secular or non-secular opinions, to an understanding that duality had its purpose on this planet and that we must appreciate all perspectives and all truths. Why? Because we are all here to have different experiences and it is not our responsibility to judge the experience of others. That's just too exhausting.

The most magnificent aspect of our holographic structure of existence is that every single one of us has our own reality and experience which constitutes our truth. There is not one person on planet Earth that falls out of this equation. We are all in this game together.

There Is No Right or Wrong Method To Pursue Your Truth About Health and Diet

How many different types of dietary strategies exist? Raw, vegan, vegetarian, fishitarian, paleo and likely many others. Is any one of these methods superior to another for every person on the planet? Absolutely not, because all of them can cause health problems if there is no awareness of how we are transferring energy between our food and ourselves.

I've witnessed so much animosity between the different groups who insist their version of sustenance is the correct one to prevent disease. They would all be wrong. There is not one universally correct way to prevent disease in pursuing your truth about your health, especially relating to your diet.

The most interesting conversations I've had are with vegans who feel it is wrong to consume an animal. They often have a misinterpretation of what energy transfer is, especially when they realize that consuming a plant (considered a lower form of consciousness) is really no different than consuming an animal. It is only perspective that enforces a principle and boundary that many vegans refuse to cross.

All forms of predation exist on planet Earth and whether you consume plants or animals, you are still pursing a biological interaction for an exchange of energy. Many of the animals on our planet are predatory because we are. We do not live in world of symbiosis...not yet anyway. Until that time, we must be predatory in some respects to exchange energy through our creation.

For many animals, their experience is not what we think it is. They have agreed to experience a life where they know ultimtately that they will be consumed. They understand that they are eternal beings and are deeply connected to collective consciousness relating to their kind of expression. When we understand this perspective, there is no need to isolate ourselves to any one specific diet for any reason.

When we ignore our body consciousness and its needs, we are ignoring more than our basic needs. We are ignoring the energy necessary to allow our health to prosper. There are many vegans that fail to fully grasp this concept and suffer the health consequences after a decade or more of consuming only plants. Their health then deteriorates because they are still in an apprenticeship state that requires a certain form of sustenance. There is nothing wrong with that, but to them, they feel they are violating a specific boundary. It's all how we perceive this relationship with our biological interactions that makes the difference. That doesn't mean all vegans will have health problems, but the ones who do are often those who need to revert back to energy transfers involving animals.

It's about being in gratitude and appreciation for the exchange of energy that is given to you. For example, I know of many vegans who converted back to consuming meat because of deteriorating health. They now consume organic, grass fed and pasture raised meat from farms who care for their animals and have reputable slaughtering practices. These former vegans are now thriving. They have accepted a relationship with these animals that they are comfortable with and the exchange of energy is one conducive to their body consciousness.

I have found that once vegans find a spritual relationship with many of the animals they ingest, they find it much easier to pursue this form of energy transfer, rather than committing to dietary restraints based on principle.

If you do follow any specific diet, you are following your perspective and truth of what you feel is the correct path of sustenance. It is important not to judge based on how others eat, especially when making comparisons to your own diet. That's an ego trap and will only develop imbalances within your alignment to others. All forms of dietary choices should be respected. Always remember that people would not be attracted to a specific diet if it was not serving them in some way and that includes toxic junk food.

Oh, and all of the above...that's my truth I share with you and I welcome yours any time.
