Yup, I have read that too. Don't know the answer for that to be honest, but maybe because the Americans were too greedy for technology in the cold war era when the greys first approached humans overtly, and maybe Americans were more willing to sell their own people out without remorse to the Greys who promised all sorts of information to the humans. I think the humans who went along with the Greys plans were tricked actually so I try not to hold too much of grudge against the Americans who made a deadly and stupid choice in believeing that the Greys posed no threat. I beleive it was not long before they realized that they had made a grave mistake of trust, but felt that they were stuck and needed to keep secrecy at all cost because people would be very very angry if they found out they had been sold out to the grays. Everyone involved was stuck in a place of trying to save their own collective asses....and so it was to continue with the secrecy and lies up till the present.... Wish they instead had chosen to put trust in other species that were benevolent and wanted to help, but a very wrong and immoral decision was made to trust the Greys not to hurt earth people. In their defense I think that they were doing what they felt they must do and did not understand the human psyche and thought that we abductees would not remember and all would be done on the sly and that no harm done. What they did not factor in is that humans do sometimes remember, whether immediately or in dribs and drabs....and they did not understand what trauma they have caused the lives of so many. That is the only reason I can forgive the disruption of my whole life. That and as long a I hold anger and resentment in my heart I will never be whole.

I am glad to tell you what I have experienced with some ETs. The ones I encountered were what I have assumed were what people call grays. I am not sure of anything so I could be totally incorrect about what I am labeling them, they looked very much like a stereotypical textbook gray looks like. I came in contact with them when I least expected it, and I have to say I was terrified every time I encountered them after so my memories and observations could very well be colored by sheer terror of the unknown and an unwillingness to be in their presence. But these things I can tell you are details etched in my memory very succinctly. Many of the details of all that happened to me are still in a fog, hopefully to stay that way forever because what I have remembered so far has not been at all uplifting.

I will list these things now. SMELL....the smell that permeated the air around me when I was in their "craft" was that of rotting burger, mixed with a rotting vegetation like the smell of the water in flower arrangements that in those containers on graves...am aweful smell and also the smell of vinegar/sulphur smell mixed in. I found that the odor took my breath away and made me very sick to my stomach and I was holding back vomiting out of sheer terror and my eyes watered. because it seemed to hang like vapor in the air itself. I think it was them that stank though.

TOUCH: One of them touched my arm and the feeling was quite weird. To me the touch reminded me of when I had touched an elephant at a circus when I was five. It seemed smooth but at the same time quite tough kind of like leather but not quite as smooth, and it was kind of squishy -seeming under the smoothness and the arm was really really spindly and clammy feeling. I was paralyzed and could not move and was placed on a shiny table of sorts, and I was beginning to start to feel like my body had been asleep a long time and was all pins and needles and was just waking up and when this ET took a firm hold on my arm to push me back into a laying position. I grabbed at its arm and tried to push it away from me. So I got a full contact with its skin, and I will never ever forget that feeling. Of course I was quickly overpowered and it puzzled me how an arm so very skinny and squishy could overpower me but it did. It touched my temples with two very knobby and assemtrical fingers of sorts and pressed in and I immediately could not move again.

THE EYES........The eyes of the three ETs that were in this curved ceiling room were what really petrified me the most, and I will never ever ever forget the looks of those eyes. One of the taller ETs put his face really close to mine and held my face and head so with those weird long :fingers on a stretched out looking hand and I could not move it and just stared into my eyes....They were shaped like huge rounded shiny and reflective glass eyes teardrop shaped with and overlarge skull above them. Those eyes were the deepest pitch black I ever had seen,yet they were really shiny like obsidian and I was unable to look away because my face was being held so hard that it hurt really bad. As I stared absolutely terrified into those black eyes, I felt my bladder let go and I was so angry at myself but I could not help it. As I stared into those eyes I felt something that was an awful sensation inside my eye and it felt like a red hot worm was crawling up my eyesocket and into my sinuses in the back of my eyes and forehead and I felt what felt like electricity in my nose and sinuses and my head hurt so bad. It was like there was something in their eyes that were probling into my brain, and I blacked out at that point, sitting up with my face being held within an inch of the ET and sitting in my own urine. So those eyes I will never never forget nor the noxious rotten smell that was up my nose before I blacked mercifully out.

COLOR... although I say that they were like sterotypical grays I have seen in books, the ones I encountered were more of a sickly pallow yellow color, not quite what I would call grey.

I am sure that others have had better encounters than I that were not as unpleasant and downright petrifying so I will leave you now with what I encountered...just a little bit of information because you asked. I can honestly say that I wish I could have had an encounter with a more human ET like a Pleiedian or something, but not my luck, lol.

I have never seen them. I have sense them before though. There was this time when I was walking in the woods when I thought I sense a presence of an et. In my mind's eye, I saw a very tall guy that was surround by white light. I was told he was an Andromedan later on. I have also sense these light beings which can be from Andromedan also.
