Air Force Aircraft flying over NY - Are they sharing the flu virus in the air? =S

I was looking cnn and abc news website and there is a story about Air Force Aircraft and fighter jet led flying over New York city causing fear for people."NEW YORK (WABC) -- A photo shoot involving an Air Force aircraft and a fighter jet led to hundreds of frightened calls from residents and workers in Lower Manhattan Monday. "there is a video either, and it was scared. I think people thought about 9/11 but i think in a different way, so i have a question.Is it possible if this Air Foce Aircraft sharing the Flu virus into the air? because the flu didn't came from pigs, well it's a thought.
