There are many agendas both on and off this planet. Many of these agendas come from sources 'they' claim as superior or authoritative.
Stop worshiping and giving your energy and attention to any source that claims they are superior or in charge. Such sources are not superior and are definitely not in charge.
There is not one person, organization, hierarchy, extra-terrestrial, or any other entity or group of entities that is in control of this planet or it's surrounding areas.
True spirituality has no hierarchy and has no structure. True spirituality is, by all means, true power. Any other power structure that is 'created', is only created to create the false illusion of power and authority.
We are One.
No one here is in charge. Stand up people and be the change this world needs. The most spiritually advanced entity or person is more powerful than the rest combined. This is true power and strength. Don't let anyone, ET or not, convince you otherwise. They say they are in charge, but they are badly mistaken.
