  Fear can feed the energies there.. just tonight follow the guidance of dearest Anita and call on Archangel Michael for protection and clearing. This is good advice to follow.
  And I use the Rose Quartz to clear my third eye and to release any stuck energies which may be causing you fear.
  But gaining a few clear quartz crystals and wearing one around your neck is a great use in transmuting energies at this time.
  If their is a fear of a presemce around you, feeding off you, burning/smudging a sage stick and making sure you spread the smoke around all corners of your house, everywhere whilst asking the Archangels to help clear and release any stuck energies is a very god start.
  I also recommend doing some research into what spirits and ghosts and stuck enerhies actually are.
  Once you can understand what they are, it can help take the fear away.
  Just remember also nothing can bring you harm if you strongly declare to them and to yourself that only christed beings of light are abble to be around you and that anything or any other presence around you is not welcome and they must leave you presence and your house.
  Even if there is nothing there but your fears taunting you, it works.

  All my life I have seen, heard and sensed ghosts. I have also had conversations with these disembodied spirits hundreds of times. I have used many different methods to release the energies. Sometimes I have had to perform cleansing rituals, or asked them to go into the light. Some energies are attracted to you, and some may be attached to the place you are in..

  Of course I can help you, however, you must after all start by realizing that if The Ghost in '?' is against you sleeping well at night, It's The Ghost Itself That makes a big & 'sought' mistake, one that's probably 'Your' IT God's Fault, since IT can way too often get away with anything possible, something, IT after all deserves to be charged with, for instance my 'famous 'snake'' dream, Last Year, Dec., so I can find out & so on, greetings, 'J.A.,' by the way, do Ghosts believe in Us Human Beings?
