Hi All :-)

Today I was having another normal day at work, the usual work drama's happening around me...its a big enough company for Irish standards with 900 staff in the building..... and I found myself getting caught up & uptight with my work flow and counting down to 5.15pm to run out the door!

So there I was on the bus on my way home & I checked out a post on FB by a friend which was a Youtube video called Keys to Ascension with beautiful music, images and messages - link below

Part of that video was about affirmations and mantra's and a Soul Mantra was given in the video.....I knew this mantra but had not used it in a few months. When I said this mantra it lifted  my heart :-) The Mantra is:

I AM THE SOUL

I AM THE LIGHT DIVINE

I AM LOVE

I AM WILL

I AM FIXED DESIGN

So powerful....

I then checked another post on FB by another friend (my bus journey is an hour & I check out alot of stuff on my iphone! lol ) and low and behold this was also about affirmations and prayers! (no coincidence I hear you say!! lol ) So this post was from a favorite source of mine called Spirit Library.  In this message again I was reading about affirmations and prayers and how important they are at unlocking the door to manifestation in our lives. An affirmation in this message popped out at me as it related to my day at work!

“I AM not moved by the things that I hear nor the things that I see"

I felt that this was a gentle nudge for me to remember how powerful affirmations, prayers and mantra's are, especially at a time when shining our light is so important and stepping away from the drama's of life is a must! There are tools to help us do this and I hope by sharing this message with you today that it will resonate and help on your journey like it has on mine :-)
